So I trade in MT5 - so I import 1min bars from which it builds its timeframes - great - this allows about 98% perfect Parity with MT5 - Now, as a M4 Pro Mac user, and someone who builds ML based trading EAs - I feel SQX is missing a ton of potential!
My Asks:
If you could use the GPU’s for training etc > CPU, not only would speed increase massively but also efficiency. (Doing this on Mac is easier than windows due to universal frameworks, I understand, but it would be a great performance improvement).
Machine Learning ? On Apple, use the MLX Framework for ONNX/MQH models - and on Windows/Linux use NVIDA or AMD Framework.
I don’t use SQX for building my EAs for clients due to those 2 things being very important to me - especially as ML helps with filtering bad entries and allows you to do so much more with trading - but I often play with SQX just to stay in touch with what’s being developed.
If SQX could implement the use of GPU > CPU, and maybe ML - that could bring in a whole lot more of clients and sales.
